William Dart (NZ Herald) described Viva Voce’s singing in December’s The Full Monte’ as both vibrant and sensitive, with “full, rich chords against brilliant instrumental flourishes” and “shifting textures, gauged to perfection”, while Rod Biss (Listener) gave the concert top billing among his highlights of 2007.
